The Ribeye Collection includes three premium ribeye steaks: dry-aged ribeye, wagyu ribeye, and buffalo ribeye.
The dry-aged ribeye has been expertly aged for at least 28 days, resulting in a steak with a deep, rich flavor and a tender, buttery texture. This steak is cut from the cow's rib primal, which is known for its marbling and flavor.
The Wagyu ribeye comes from Japanese wagyu cattle, which are known for their highly sought-after meat. The wagyu ribeye is a luxurious option, with a high level of marbling and a rich, buttery flavor.
The buffalo ribeye is a leaner option, with a bold, beefy flavor. This steak is cut from the rib primal of American buffalo, which is a sustainable and humanely raised alternative to traditional beef.
No matter which ribeye you choose, you can be confident that you are getting a high-quality steak with exceptional flavor and texture.
We prepare our ribeyes by hand trimming each steak and offer the collection in a 1 Inch thickness.

Below are three recipes for cooking your steaks starting with the dry aged ribeye steak:
Ingredients:
1 dry aged ribeye steak, about 1 inch thick
Northwoods Seasoning or Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons of butter or olive oil
Instructions:
Preheat your grill, broiler, or stovetop grill pan to high heat.
Take the steak out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before cooking to allow it to come to room temperature.
Preheat your grill, broiler, or stovetop grill pan to high heat.
Season the steak with Northwoods Seasoning or salt and pepper on both sides.
Place the steak on the grill, broiler, or grill pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for a medium-rare steak. For a medium steak, cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side.
Once the steak is cooked to your desired doneness, remove it from the heat and let it rest for about 5-10 minutes. This will allow the juices to redistribute, resulting in a more tender and juicy steak.
During the resting time, melt the butter or heat the olive oil in a small pan over medium heat.
Brush the melted butter or olive oil over the steak, then slice and serve.
Here is a recipe for cooking a wagyu ribeye steak:
Ingredients:
1 wagyu ribeye steak, about 1 inch thick
Northwoods Seasoning or Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons of butter or olive oil
Instructions:
Take the steak out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before cooking to allow it to come to room temperature.
Preheat your grill, broiler, or stovetop grill pan to high heat.
Season the steak with Northwoods Seasoning or salt and pepper on both sides.
Place the steak on the grill, broiler, or grill pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side for a medium-rare steak. For a medium steak, cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
Note: Because wagyu beef is highly marbled, it is generally best to cook it to a lower degree of doneness than other types of beef. The high level of fat in wagyu beef helps to keep the steak tender and juicy, even when cooked to medium-rare.
Here is a recipe for cooking a buffalo ribeye steak:
Ingredients:
1 buffalo ribeye steak, about 1 inch thick
Northwoods Seasoning or Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons of butter or olive oil
Instructions:
Take the steak out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before cooking to allow it to come to room temperature.
Preheat your grill, broiler, or stovetop grill pan to high heat.
Season the steak with Northwoods Seasoning or salt and pepper on both sides.
Note: Buffalo meat is generally leaner and has a stronger flavor than traditional beef. It is a good idea to use a meat thermometer to ensure that the steak is cooked to your desired doneness, as it may cook faster or slower than traditional beef due to its leaner nature.
